At Crafter's Companion, we want you to love your new supplies, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
